A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party results provider. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains the information in that message and is used to respond.

Hosting services maintain routine logs such as IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We use aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand visitor use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may use cookies or similar technology.
Our Limited Uses

Links can lead to Loudoun, Town, Virginia, library, archive, and third-party search services. Their policies govern information submitted after leaving this service. That includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.

Hosting and support providers process server logs for the service. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. Information is disclosed only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the operational reasons described above. No account, password, or visitor profile is created here.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information, and it will be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Virginia's Consumer Data Protection Act provides rights to confirm and access data, correct or delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain processing, and appeal a controller's decision. Because this service keeps very little, a request usually concerns the contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page. Public records held by Virginia, Loudoun County, or Town of Leesburg custodians remain outside our control, and requests about them belong with that custodian.
